This sounds to me like an issue with the formatting, folder structure or files on the SD card. It could also suggest the card is corrupted or broken. I'd suggest checking the instructions here again: https://github.com/TomWhitwell/RadioMusic/wiki/SD-Card%3A-Format-%26-File-Structure/
