…mented primitive functionslity for adding and getting permanent employees. Added 'EFCoreConsole' console app for testing
…CalculatorLibrary.csproj. Wrote an EFCore test which checks that an employee can be inserted into the database. Added the persistent repos as services in MVC project
…e databases. Moved 'EmployeeContext' class into PayCalculatorLibrary.Repositories folder to avoid circular dependency. Added EFCoreMockTest project to solution in order to test the EmployeeContext using the Moq library
