Format/Style/HTML in intercom

when sending messages we can use [b] and [i], but what about pictures or font-sizes. Is it possible? thx

Hi Marcus,
yes it is possible to send pictures in intercom messages. You just have to add the property images to the message object of the intercom functions.

Formatting messages with different font sizes is also possible using span tags: [span style="font-size: 20px;"]Intercom[/span].
