CASIO EX-wordの非公開ハードウェア情報を、既知のレジスタと境界を限定したメモリ確保試験から取得するhomebrew診断ツールです。

対応環境

exword-templateとlibexwordの対応範囲から、DATAPLUS 5 / 6 / 7を理論上の対象としています。実機で完走を確認したのはXD-B4800（DATAPLUS 6）とXD-N6500（DATAPLUS 7）です。他機種での動作は保証せず、DATAPLUS 5およびそれ以外の世代は実機未確認です。特にハードウェアレジスタの配置は機種差があり得るため、未確認機種では結果の正しさも保証しません。

• APPID: HWDMP
• PVR、PRR、FRQCR、ROMヘッダーを読み取り
• RTCとTMU2からクロックを測定
• TMU2の元状態を測定後に復元
• 256 KiB単位で確保・端点書込・解放を検証
• 結果を本体内蔵領域へ保存
• 再実行時は既存のHWINFO.TXTを新しい測定結果で置換

未知アドレスの総当たりやfirmware/RAMのダンプは行いません。他機種での実行はレジスタ配置を確認してから行ってください。公開可能性を確認した正規化済みの実測値と読み方はdocs/TESTED_HARDWARE.mdに分離しています。

GPL-2.0。ゲームデータ、CASIO firmware、端末認証情報は含みません。

ビルドにはbrain-hackers/exword-template、libdataplus、devkitSH4を使用します。依存物は各上流repoから直接取得してください。関連プロジェクトはEXLLM、exllm-exword、exllm-model-check、exword-ram-scanner、exword-gnuboy-save-importerです。

EX-word Hardware Dump is a homebrew diagnostic tool that reads undocumented hardware information through known registers and bounded allocation tests.

Compatibility

Based on the supported scope of exword-template and the libexword installation path, DATAPLUS 5, 6, and 7 are theoretical targets. Complete runs have been tested on an XD-B4800 (DATAPLUS 6) and XD-N6500 (DATAPLUS 7). Other models are not guaranteed; DATAPLUS 5 and all other generations remain untested on physical hardware. Hardware-register layouts may differ by model, so the accuracy of results on untested devices is also not guaranteed.

• APPID: HWDMP
• Reads PVR, PRR, FRQCR, and the ROM header
• Measures clocks using the RTC and TMU2
• Restores the original TMU2 state after measurement
• Tests allocation in bounded 256 KiB steps
• Saves results to internal storage
• Replaces the previous HWINFO.TXT when the diagnostic is run again

It does not scan unknown addresses or dump firmware/RAM. Normalized measurements that passed a disclosure review, together with interpretation notes, are kept separately in docs/TESTED_HARDWARE.md. GPL-2.0; no game data, CASIO firmware, or authentication data is included. Obtain exword-template, libdataplus, and devkitSH4 from their upstream sources.
