Provide command history support #4
Description
Add support for a hidden file in the given user's home directory to track the commands entered, and then provide support for using the up arrow key in order to be able to go to previously entered commands. Every single major shell supports this feature, except for maybe dash (but even the Debian people don't use dash.) With the implementation of the feature, the ability to run this shell with that feature turned off should also accompany it.
