Do you have any examples in Kannada and Telugu printing or manuscript? I would like to get a sense of the desirable proportions and style.

Just U+1CF2.
I have seen rotated ardhavisarga only in Devanagari, only Grantha ans Devanagari are included in the Scriptexensions property.

The glyphs in some of the above printed samples may not be completely proportionate or matching with the rest of the font, as they are not usually part of the metaltype set for the scripts (as the character is for special limited use)

Note: Tiro Bangla beta form and proportions are similar to that used in Tiro Devanagari Sanskrit, i.e. smaller than shown in sample on page 10 of the Script Extensions Changes proposal.
