Positioning of Vedic marks in combination with Visarga in Tiro Devanagari Sanskrit

The Vedic marks ( svarita and anudatta) needs to be placed on the previous syllable than on Visarga

The mark position is proper in Tiro Devanagari Hindi

Thank you for catching this. I thought I had updated the visarga/accent handling in all the fonts. Will review the sources and figure out why the Sanskrit is not behaving correctly. This may affect other Vedic marks too.

This will be an easy fix. All the lookups for this were already in the source, but the /dVisarga glyphs was miscategorised in the GDEF table so was not being filtered in the mark lookups.
