Address 12 identified bugs in IBExtensions to improve stability and API robustness.
This PR resolves critical issues such as force unwraps that could cause crashes, re-enables commented-out image rotation functionality, and enhances error handling, memory management, and input validation. Comprehensive unit tests have also been added to ensure reliability.
