basic scratchtools features (enhancement)

it might be convenient to support some of scratchtool's features (at least the easy ones to implement)

the url to access the online status of a user is at https://data.scratchtools.app/isonline/<username>/ in an easy to use JSON format
I have not checked the url for posting the status
