I can confirm this issue. The action sheet is simply empty. When running my project I get the following error messages:

Unable to simultaneously satisfy constraints. Probably at least one of the constraints in the following list is one you don't want. Try this: (1) look at each constraint and try to figure out which you don't expect; (2) find the code that added the unwanted constraint or constraints and fix it. (Note: If you're seeing NSAutoresizingMaskLayoutConstraints that you don't understand, refer to the documentation for the UIView property translatesAutoresizingMaskIntoConstraints)

Make a symbolic breakpoint at UIViewAlertForUnsatisfiableConstraints to catch this in the debugger.
The methods in the UIConstraintBasedLayoutDebugging category on UIView listed in <UIKit/UIView.h> may also be helpful.

Yeah, our team seen this trouble too.
In new iOS version we can't create item of UIActionSheet class without buttons (sorry, yes we can, but this is not good for user).
Instead UIActionSheet into iOS8 we can use UIAlertController (available in iOS8 and later).
We are searching solving this issue.

Many features still very unstable in Xcode 6 beta2.
As for me - I can't see any images in my App, that running from Xcode 6b2.
I think it's better to wait final release of Xcode 6, and after try to fix remaining problems.
