hardware: add real-silicon proof on ESP32-WROOM-32

Runs the bundled 944K checkpoint on a physical ESP32-WROOM-32 (no PSRAM),
fully offline, ~1.0 tok/s @240MHz/80MHz-flash, using this repo's own
c_engine (SSM-reset/parity-fixed). Includes the ESP-IDF firmware, the
detect/build/flash/monitor script, and the captured serial log.

Updates the README "MCU status" line: silicon bring-up is no longer
"not done in this repository" — there is now a reproducible demo. Framed
honestly as a proof-of-execution, not a benchmark win or moat.

The router-entropy "tracks OOD / correlates with per-token loss" claim in
PAPER.md §3.1 and README.md previously rested solely on an unreleased 3M-param
model, presented as established evidence. Reword both to state it as an
explicitly preliminary, not-yet-reproducible observation on a model not in this
release, with measurements to follow. No number or in-repo claim changes.
