CI: name the macOS job, and check Rust formatting in a job of its own - #303

The Windows and Linux jobs name their platform; the macOS one was just "Rust", which reads as if macOS had no job of its own. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The macOS job was the only platform job that also ran cargo fmt. It now runs once in a small Linux job, and the three platform jobs only build and test. rustfmt needs no dependencies, no core binary and no cache. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

cargo fmt. Formatting now runs once in a small "Rust format" job on Linux; the three platform jobs only build and test. rustfmt needs no dependencies, no core binary and no cache (checked locally with an emptyCARGO_HOME, offline). No branch protection refers to the old job names.
