Implement throw of ErrorNotAuthorized in the event of authorization errors from the api.

This should be done instead of relying on HttpError because all that shows when I read the error message is HttpError which tells me nothing. Not sure of the best way to do this to ensure changes to the kubernetes javascript client don't require changes frequently to this codebase. Research.
