En api.php agregue la ruta para el StaffController, en StaffController.php cree la funcion getStaff para buscar a os tutores y colaboradores por el tipo y devuelve los resultados con un JSON, en Staff.php se realiza la consulta a la base de datos que filtra los registros que coincidan con el tipo de usuario especificado
