Updated react-native-video dependency to 2.0.0, where react-native-video was updated to use the independent prop-types package

With newer versions of RN using the older react-native-video dependency fails as it is importing the now non-existent prop-types from the RN package. Updating to 2.0.0 corrects this to be in sync with this library and the newer RN requirements |
