ENUM for SpecialPower

I heard that the value list for the ENUM parameter is limited and derived from the game code. Is it possible to modify the game so that we can add new ENUMs to the .ini files?
The current problem is that the list is limited. In the Contra mod, a few superweapons/special powers share the same ENUM, so releasing/building one of them generates a shortcut for another special power.

Yes this needs improvement but currently this is too early for us to explore.
