Small review for now, but contains some pretty large requested changes. Once these are fixed up, I'll hopefully have the time for a proper look through.

Please add a new section entirely for "Companies Known to Use", similar to "Known Manufacturing Information". This section is intended to focus on confirmation of the DRM itself, not who used it.

Add to Tivola description in company section describing dummy files being present on releases of non-protected discs both before and after releases with copy-X rings.
Do not bother looking at this yet. I haven't even backported the final fixes from the recent merge yet.
