This adds an additional CMake script to the project that adds support for useful tools that can be activated through configuration arguments. Initially supported are:
-DUSE_SANITIZER=<Address | Memory | MemoryWithOrigins | Undefined | Thread | Leak | 'Address;Undefined'>-DUSE_CCACHE=<YES | NO>
