[FEATURE] REST API

### Feature description

For simple managment we need a convenient way to deploy and manage containers from within other services, like possibly n8n.

For this a web server with a REST API would be very convenient.

### Additional Information

The REST API needs to be secured and support all of the features which HPort currently offers.
