Improve cases listing page

The idea is to enhance the case listing page and merge the "Current cases" and "Closed cases" pages. This new section should allow users to search cases by:
- Number
- Title
- Status (Closed, Opened)
- Résolution status (FP, TP, NotIncident)
- Close date
- Open date
- Tags
