PKI authentication fails if user name in certificate has the wrong case

Problem Description

The user ID is case sensitive. When a certificate is used to authenticate, the login is extracted from it. If the case is not the same, authentication fails.

Possible Solutions

Make login case insensitive.

Complementary information

Login page transforms user name to lower case. User doesn't need to take care of the case when he logs in TheHive.
