Task descriptions from case templates are not applied

Problem Description

Given a case template, with tasks having descriptions, the user is supposed to have those task descriptions applied to newly created cases. Actually, the tasks' descriptions of cases created from templates, are empty.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a case template
2. Include tasks with description into the that template
3. Create a case from that template
4. The tasks' descriptions are not applied to the newly created case
