Order the cases list by custom field [Feature Request]

I have created a case template with a custom field of type number.

The custom field should appear in the cases list and I would like to be able to sort all my cases according to that custom field. (That suggests that all the cases have been created using the template containing the custom field)

Is that currently possible or in progress for a future version ?

Or add a metric, and be able to sort the cases by the metric ?
