Add support of case template in back-end API

Problem Description

Case can be created using a template which defines title prefix, tags, metrics, predefined tasks and default values for TLP, description, severity and flag. Currently, template is retrieved and applied by the fron-end. As the create case API doesn't accept template parameter, this process must be done on all TheHive client (TheHive4py)

Possible Solutions

Add a parameter "template" in the CreateCase API.
