Hand-ported from upstream t3code pingdotgg#9551 onto the fork's fileManagerLaunchArgs. Windows Explorer's /select silently fails to highlight a file when the path uses forward slashes, so normalize them to backslashes on win32. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
