Description:

Use this when you're using position: line or casterprojectile.

Configuration:

Since Beta 13 these options support dynamic values through numeric or string expressions.

static-origin-location	Setting it to false makes the line also track the caster's position.	Boolean	true
static-target-location	Setting it to true makes the effect not track the target but just use the targets initial position.	Boolean	false
