Description:

• The spell grants the targeted player the listed spells by permission nodes. It does not handle child nodes.
• This spell can only be cast from the console. It performs few safety checks as it is only meant to be fast for Admins.
• The cast command format should look like this: c <internalSpellName> <targetPlayer> <node> <node> <...>.
