Compile issue of sln Walnut-Chat (missing vulkan.h)

after a clean cloning with Visual Studio 2022 and running Setup.bat script i get the errors that the vulkan.h file is missing in several files:
Cannot open include file: 'vulkan/vulkan.h': No such file or directory

to solve it i installed the vulkan sdk, added include files folder to the visual studio project settings
