Forge [1.19.2] crafting is limited to some positions in the crafting table

I was thrilled to find out this mod exists for 1.19.2! I loved it back in 1.12 but I can't get it to work properly. If I'm doing something wrong please let me know.

Do any of you have experience with a problem like this? I could have a crack at fixing it myself but it would be my first pull request so I don't really know the ropes.
