Your web page indicates Debian stable (Jessie, 8) and newer has a version of the launcher.

Please advise the link and the file name if you have amd_64

Not sure what you mean. The README explains everything sufficiently in my opinion. Debian has never shipped AppImageLauncher and I don't think we advertise that anywhere. If you want that, ask Debian.
