Update non rt defconfig to use 10.00.07 tag. Update rt defconfig to use 10.00.07 tag. RT build uses both ti_arm64_prune.config and ti_rt.config. Add both fragment configs for linux kernel build. Signed-off-by: Paresh Bhagat <p-bhagat@ti.com>
