keyword and subject consistency with downloads

Downloading MarcXML reports include vireo keywords but not proquest subject. DSpaceMets downloads include subjects but not keywords. Maybe it is just me and user error.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like both MarcXML and DSpaceMets to display the vireo keywords. It can include subjects but that is not a focus for me.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I download the DSpaceMets package and curl it into DSpace. Maybe it works differently if I deposit using sword.

Hi Nick,
I can fix this but am not sure what values should be used for ind1 and ind2. From what I've read ind1 for tag 650 should be blank and ind2="7", is this as expected?

current PR #2154 uses id1=" " and id2=" " but can be updated once further information is available

Hi Frank,

I think id1 and id2 can be left blank for my purposes. If you feel adding 7 to id2 will make it more useful to other users, that is great. Here is a sample of what I send to the cataloging folks in my library.
