- Upgrade projects to .net 8
- Fix parallel tests issue
- use github actions for build and publish
- use primary constructors and simple object initializers.
- update all package dependencies.
move to github actions fix parallel tests failing
remove all the build warnings
keep dotnet version as 8.x
