toxandtox-gh-actions(introduced in ⬆️ Bump tox from 3.27.1 to 4.0.2 in /{{cookiecutter.project_slug}}/.github/workflows #848).toxupdates to version <4 for the template project's GitHub Actions until a compatible version oftox-gh-actionsis released (see tox v4 support ymyzk/tox-gh-actions#59).WHY
