Teneo Beacon is designed for residential and mobile internet connections. Connections from hosting providers, VPS and dedicated servers are handled under separate rules: depending on the network, they may earn at a reduced rate or may not be accepted, and the message you see reflects that classification rather than anything wrong with your setup. A Raspberry Pi or home machine on a home connection is the best way to run the CLI.
