App退出后需要重新加载图片,js,css资源

1. 进入webview,加载 sonic
2. 退出 webview 进入 webview, 抓包看到 sonic没有加载 img 和 js了
3. 退出 app , 进入 webview 抓包看到 还是需要下载 img 和 js

期待看到 app 即使退出,也不需要下载 img 和 js
