Disabling WebRTC on Firefox causes error#188

Setting media.peerconnection.enabled to false in Firefox causes ReferenceError: mozRTCPeerConnection is not defined. Using version 0.13.2. In 0.12.3 there was no such problem.

The same problem may appear in Chrome when disabling WebRTC. Please check.

    Actually with 0.12.3 I am getting ReferenceError: mozRTCSessionDescription is not defined.

    I am getting the same problem and this makes error handling pretty difficult.
