Allow browsing of public profiles (attendees list)

Context

Currently, we have public user profiles but no actual way inside the app to navigate/discover them. The only way would be for attendees to share their profile QRs. It would be useful to have a page where you can browse registered users and see who is attending the conference and which talks they plan to visit.

Requirements

1. Add an attendees index page that lists all public profiles
2. Clicking on an attendee takes you to their show page
3. Include pagination or infinite loading
4. Include search by name or email

Nice to have

1. Add filters and sort
2. Add a simplified version of the user's schedule in their public profile so people can take a look at what they plan to attend.
3. Add an attendees list to every talk's page (session show), displaying every user that has added the talk to their schedule.

Hi! I'm interested in working on this issue. This would be my first contribution to the project.

I'm planning to start with a basic attendees index page with infinite loading and then add search in a follow-up PR. Does this approach sound good to you?
