This PR fixes #82 by adding the following features to duration signals:
stopAndSendDurationSignalnow allows for afloatValueto be providedstopAndSendDurationSignalnow allows for acustomUserIDto be providedstartDurationSignalnow allows forincludeBackgroundTimeto be set totrue, so that total signal duration will include background and foreground time
