Update for Centre Details #137
Description
Clicking Edit Centre Details, it displays 3 blocks; Centre Details, Centre Manager and info that shows when you select the Centre from the map.
Therefore, the user can only look at the full details once they click Edit.
They are suggesting we show all these details, so admins can tell whether the self-registration notification emails are going to the right place, instead of having to edit to check this
