Please add Mullvad DoT/DoH to the forwarders' Quick Select. The details can be found here: https://mullvad.net/en/help/dns-over-https-and-dns-over-tls

They only have one IP address per content blocker option, I hope this is okay (?)

Thanks for the request. The Quick Select list is intended to have a list of few popular DNS providers and not to be a comprehensive list of providers. Which is why more providers were not added so as to avoid the list being too big to scroll.

That said, there is a feature in my to-do list to allow configuring a custom list so that the custom list gets displayed instead of the static list that currently is there. This feature will allow everyone to configure their own list of preferred DNS providers to help switch between them quickly.

Technitium DNS Server v13.6 is now available that adds custom list support. To create a customized list, read the instructions given in the www/json/readme.txt file found in the installation folder. Do update and let me know your feedback.
