We have Jumpcloud as our IDp, and I can log into TDNS just fine, unless I limit it to mapped groups. There's something I'm getting wrong with the scope and Group Map, I'm sure. Our OIDC configuration in Jumpcloud has Group Attributes enabled and are set to "memberOf". I've added the "memberOf" scope in TDNS and added the JC user group name in the GroupMap. However, it doesn't seem to be pulling groups. Users get the error: "SSO authentication succeeded but new user sign up is restriced only to member of mapped groups." |

And... after typing it out, I figured it out. Needed to change the Groups Attribute in Jumpcloud to "groups". |
