Mobile Team
- On initial launch we will have a user login page with the Techneaux Company 1800 number below to call for help logging in.
- Company user name and password is set and distributed by Techneaux to clients
- Once user inputs company username / password we pass it to api team. Api team validates yes or no on if the credentials are authentic
- User then is asked to fill in information on themselves, like employee name, email address, phone number
- This information is passed to API Team to add to their device manager list and API sends us a Unique User ID which we attach to each service ticket sent from there on
- At this point we are able to fill in ticket information, location of problem (Company Site), Description of issue, and attach a photo. This is sent to API to pass to help desk along with the UUID.
- UUID Expiration: UUID can expire over time, and the authentication process from above must be redone.
