Fixed release Pypi bug:

/opt/hostedtoolcache/Python/3.8.10/x64/lib/python3.8/site-packages/setuptools/dist.py:642: UserWarning: Usage of dash-separated 'description-file' will not be supported in future versions. Please use the underscore name 'description_file' instead
