Server performance with multi-parts #158
Description
Will there be any optimizations for dedicated servers regarding the multiblock machines?

The server has issues with tickspeed at a fairly steady 2000ms per chunk with multiblock machines running, sometimes spiking with machines on the same chunk as well.
