Remove json/plaintext alone, need to go with any database bench.

@msmith-techempower we need to forbid that in the requirements.
We don't want only 1 test (json/plaintext only) but if exist a db test all need to go together.
I'll make the same with 2-3 fws with PHP.

PD: I'm tired to watch Contact maintainers and remove deprecated or discarded ones to make room. in any test or bench locally. And the maintainers never will do it.

Pippo had 12 permutations, because separate the json/plaintext from the db tests.

The worst is Cutelyst, that have 14 permutations and each run need +45 mins to build each permutation for the run.
I'll change it now.

Cutelyst alone use only for build (without tests and benchs) ~12 hours of each run. Near to 1% of all the time.
