Extend DeArrow support #2800

Describe the feature

1. Button on video that has had its thumbnail/title changed which would show the original one
   2.Channel Allowlist (whitelist channels and always see their original thumbnail/titles)
2. Possibility to only change titles or only thumbnails, including for allowlisted channels

Why would this be useful to add?

1. Currently, there is no clear indication which thumbnails/titles are the original ones, and which come from DeArrow. A visual indication of that would be incredibly useful, which would also double as a toggle to fetch the original one.
2. I'm sure people follow channels whose thumnails/titles they don't mind seeing, so it would be great to have some granular control there. (same thing for SponsorBlock, but that likely fits in a separate issue)
3. Similarly to number two, people might take issue with a channel's thumbnail, but not so much its titles, or vice versa. It would be great if this was configurable.

I created this issue with these enhancements because I saw that #2713 was opened, which makes me think that extending support for DeArrow is generally wanted.
