Change header for Bandcamp Radio stream segments

Describe the feature you want

The header "Chapters" for Bandcamp Radio stream segments (introduced by #6051) should be renamed to "Streams" or "Tracks".

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe it

The functionality this is built on is the same as YouTube Chapters, and the same header was carried over, even though there are no "Chapters" in Bandcamp.
