Add a slider for the minimum duration of the skipped silence

Feature description

The skipping of silence during playback when the audio filter is enabled could be improved. Currently, when the filter is enabled, the audio can sound unnatural due to the abrupt removal of even short pauses.

Suggestion

Implement a slider or adjustable parameter for the minimum length of silence to be skipped. This would allow users to adjust the amount of silence removed, resulting in a more natural and seamless audio experience.

Why do you want this feature?

Furthermore it would benefit:

• Improved audio quality: By allowing users to adjust the minimum length of silence to be skipped, NewPipe can maintain the natural rhythm of speech while removing excessive pauses, resulting in a more comfortable and authentic audio experience.
• User customisation: Different users have different preferences when it comes to silence skipping. By incorporating a slider or adjustable parameter, NewPipe would allow users to fine-tune audio filtering according to their individual preferences and listening habits.
