Compile from sequential graphs

To implement a scheduler module, pattern compilation from continuous graph states and one Pauli frame is necessary.

Describe the feature you'd like

Allow Sequence[BaseGraphState] at the input of qompile function. Feedforward and graphs will be inspected simultaneously.

Additional context

Pattern composition would be re-implemented in another issue, where only independent patterns will be merged.

This feature needs to loosen the index convention of BaseGraphState. add_physical_node now follows too strict index convention

Or I can implement the same functionality to add an additional attribute to GraphState, such as order.
